TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Tuesday, December 8th
1:00pm - 7:00pm - Exhibitor Set Up

Wednesday, December 9th
9:00am - 10:00am - Final Booth Setup and Inspection
10:00am - 10:15am - Exhibitor Meeting
10:30am - 3:00pm - Trade Show Open
3:00pm - 6:00pm - Exhibitor Breakdown

This year, the AENC Trade Show will be REIMAGINED…  COVID won’t slow us down.  If we can gather in person, we have a great option.  If we can’t gather in person, we have a great option.  And best of all, regardless of gathering restrictions, your trade show experience will last a whole year, not one day!

Few Logistical changes for 2020 Trade show:

  • New date! Trade show is December 9th, 2020 this is a Wednesday (load in on Tuesday)
  • New location! Still at the Raleigh Convention Center don’t worry but we are in their huge carpeted Ballroom on the fourth floor. Same loading dock you just take the elevator there up to the fourth floor. Still load in and out friendly!
  • No exhibitor reception the night before
  • No official lunch being served but exhibitors can have food as part of your booth per usual (please discuss with RCC on safety and F&B guidelines)
  • AENC staff will adjust floorplan to account for social distancing between booths.
  • Education will be virtual and at a later date. A special link to a virtual seminar will be sent to only registered attendees to participate at a later date, to get the same CEUs but not interrupt the trade show.
  • Speaker Showcase will still be a part of the show but the speakers demos will be online. During the show the speakers will be on the trade show floor in the center court Speaker Village area for meet & greet.

PRICE INCLUDES:  one 10’ x 10’ booth, black pipe & drape, one 6’ table with white top & black skirt, two chairs, one wastebasket, one sign with name of exhibitor & booth number and registration for 4 booth representatives.  Exhibitor Representatives must be registered. Standard Drape colors are black. Ballroom is fully carpeted.

NEW included with all booths this year:

  • This year, your trade show participation will have benefits that last for 12 months
    • All participants will have a profile listed on our Digital Trade Show platform that you can add to or delete from throughout the year so you can stay fresh with your message. You can add videos, pictures, contact information, etc.
    • The Digital Trade Show platform will be promoted in advance of the show, up for viewing the day-of the show for those that can’t make it in person, and accessible for 12 months via the Digital Trade Show platform AND the AENC Website via a special tab. 
    • Regular promotions of the Digital Trade Show will occur on each weekly update email (51 times) and via special promotion to the membership on four different occasions.
  • Facebook LIVE! AENC staff will walk through the entire trade show floor for Facebook LIVE
  • Facebook shout out to all exhibitors with link to digital trade show page.

Option 2:  Can’t be there in person? We have options for you too!

FAQ about cancellation and occupancy answered below:

1)     You can feel completely comfortable with choosing “option 1” on the attached contract and noted in above email because if we are not able to have the trade show in person we will then shift every booth to the “option 2” digital trade show and you will get a refund for the difference in price. Also if your company/organization decides later they are no longer comfortable with the in person option we will allow you to change to “option 2” as well. We are navigating this unprecedented time together and feel certain that we are going to do right by you!

2)     Yes you can still have two organizations per 10x10 booth, it is your choice of how many people are in the booth at once (max of 4 exhibitor representatives, some may choose to rotate reps to have less in the booth at once). These rules are still the same as past years.
